Where is Cayumanque Ecolodge?
We are at kilometre 43 of Camino al Volcán, in El Melocotón, San José de Maipo, Cajón del Maipo. Open the route on Google Maps from the Location section.
Is the hot tub or jacuzzi pool private?
Yes. Rustic includes a private wooden hot tub and Suite includes a private heated jacuzzi pool. Both are yours to enjoy throughout your stay and are not shared with other cabins.
Are the rates for two people?
Yes. All published rates are for one cabin for two people and include breakfast and use of the private hot-water space for your chosen category.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm to 9 pm. Check-out is by noon on your departure day. If you need special arrangements, please ask before booking.
What is the difference between Rustic and Suite?
Rustic has a wooden hot tub and charcoal barbecue. Suite has a heated jacuzzi pool and gas barbecue. Both include breakfast, a private bathroom, air conditioning, Starlink and the amenities listed on their pages.
Can I work remotely from the cabin?
We have Starlink Wi-Fi. You can combine your stay with work and set aside time to enjoy the surroundings.
How do I confirm a booking?
Choose your dates and cabin to prepare a WhatsApp enquiry. We will confirm availability, the final rate, conditions and payment method. An enquiry alone does not hold dates or confirm a booking.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Contact us as soon as possible. Before you confirm and pay for your booking, we will explain the cancellation policy for your stay.
